I tried to move over $400 in 2 separate transactions with about 64s/B per each.

and it's been well over 24 hours.

0 confirmations.

Should have used 160 satoshis/byte see https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

If you paid minimum .0001 you can try the ViaBTC accelerator at https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Recommend use a wallet with dynamic fees like Electrum (must enable) and set fee slider to HIGH.
