Strange that they are experiencing issues. I have not experienced any wallet issues apart from the initial issues I had with coins not confirming and then returning. Has Cryptopia upgraded to the later version of the daemon or did they still run the first version?

Yes I checked and Cryptopia was on the current verison of the wallet. The issue that we just received from their admin is that it was a (Segmentation Fault) which "a huge load on support by delaying withdrawals and deposits."  So it is not an technical issue with the existing wallet. Without having access to Cryptopia systems or specs or access to a stack trace it would be unfair to speculate the root cause for the delay. Could be equipment or setup problems

Since the mining pools have not reported any issues with sending payments it would be hard for me to believe the issues lies with the wallet itself. The blockchains continues to move forward and has not hung on a block. I know mypool.name was out of sync but that was more of s pool json.config issue than a fault with the wallet, since the only pool affected was mypool.name for a brief moment and was quickly corrected.

Yes. We have been advised that a full refund will be given which will be earmarked as allocated funds to be used on the next exchange listing.
