We must apologize to all for prematurely announcement of Democats.org maintaining a NNC pool.
We recently reached out to Democats.org with a request to be added to their website since they specialize in FORKNOTE coins. We recieved a replay from their support advising that they would indeed create a pool for NNC and we made our announcement on Bitcointalk thread. Just recently we recieved an email from Democats.org support requesting a 10,000 DSH payment. Since we have paid other pool ops who provide service for a few weeks and later dissappeared we are inclined to not make any such payment since it would be their option to delist NNC at their discreetion for any reason. We tip our hats to mypool.name for the wonderful job they have done so far providing such a great service.

As far as the Cryptopia listing goes. We must first offer some insight on previous attempts to be listed with other exchanges and we recieved feedback that the cryptopia reference that our trading being halted due to Monero bug issue was something our development team was lacking in duty. Since cryptopia delisted NNC in March of 2017 he have not submitted a paytopia ticket to be relisted. They took matters themselves to display NNC exchange pairs and caused some confusion. In an attempt to clear that confusion and reached out to cryptopia and informed them that indeed our Network was properly protected against the Monero Bug Fix and Double spending and it would be safe to resume market trading of NNC on their exchange; but more important that they remove such material that portrays NNC network as unprotected and all such references as it is causing harm to our brand. They request now 2,000,000 DOT fee to list a currency on their exchange but remain very loose with that amount as many cryptonote were list free and run on much older software versions. See how NNC stacks up.

In light of recent development in the CryptoNote community we have decided that NicNacCoin remain active only in its current state as a cryptonote currency only and will have no future projected plans within the Nithrius ecosystem. NicNacCoin nodes will continue to be maintained for active mining and movement of the blockchain ledger and we envision it being a sought after currency in the altcoin space as a superfast way to transact payment in a untraceable manner. We hold our network in the upmost regard and tirelessly work to ensure that only the highest level of standard is sought. While many other cryptonote coins continue to be maintain on much older networks and technologies we feel this provides NNC with a obvious advantage over in the competing space. As our main focus of growing our Nithrius ecosystem moves along it has become an immediate need for use to have a currency accessible to our media partners who have signed agreement to have their work distributed via the player and compensated with a digital currency. That currency must be very liquidable on a trusted decentralized exchange. In an effort to accommidate those needs we have issued a Waves asset NicNacToken and will be issue as payment to those media creators which they can begin to immediatley trade or hold for increased revenue growth. For anyone interested in swapping their NNC for NNT for a limited time we will conduct a 1000 NNC per 1 NNT swap rate beginning July 1 through July 7 2017. NNC is not needed by anyone. There is no exchange anywhere. NNT especially nobody needs. And no one knows about him.
The developer ignored the problems with the NNC in March, and now tells a fable about the NNT. I ruined one coin, and with NNT nothing will do.

If you at least offered a 10:1 swap or 20:1 it would've been reasonable. If NNC will be just another Cryptonote coin and not much else then it's the same as saying that it's worthless.
