yes PvP is 0% HE but if we would take 1% fee some would say it is still 0% HE but it is not IMO therefore what I mean with 0% is that no fee is taken and it is 100% 0% HE
regarding budget I will answer you as I answer to all who are asking this question
it is not a question of budget cause we dont know the workload and the cost of your and each devs time. the dev needs to tell us his price estimation and we will decide if price and time of delivery will fit for us and our needs. as it is 0% HE we dont earn with this game and on MP we dont earn anyway even if many are believing that app owners earn a lot
you are welcome to give us your estimations and lets see if we can get together. we love to pay for good work but our past experience with many different devs was very bad
we will deliver the PSD for the game design. we love it KISS and are proud to have an ugly website as many are telling us
it is a simple game and we will only talk about the game idea by PM and after the dev introduced himself. we had many so called devs who opened a new BCT account and thought we will tell them our game ideas
but we will not talk to new accounts and to devs who will not introduce themselves
