HELP ME - Problem transaction (rejected by network rules) 258

When i can prove to transfert my btc to my other wallet compare this error:

erro: The transaction was rejected by network rules.(258: txn-mempool-conflict)
[0100000000417---------long code number.....]

What is the problem?

this is Electrum portable version! Have in 3,80btc, but 3 days ago i have transfert 1,5btc to my blockchain account on blockchain....they not was arrived and now the trasaction was cancelled here (and btc was return in this wallet)...

What i do now?

Please help me are all money i have..

Now all trasaction in my wallet  (the trasaction whitdrawal to blockchain) was cancelled and i have all 3,80btc here, but in the wallet blockchain there are the trasaction not confirmed again!!!

It's absurd!

what i do? because now my brother have sent me 0,42btc and is arrived very quickly! But i not can trasfer my funds!!!

That error usually happens when you are attempting to spend funds that have already been sent I believe.

You'll likely need to wait for your unconfirmed transactions to confirm or fall of the network. You may be able to attempt to restore your wallet using the seed to a new wallet to see if this allows you to spend the coins.

what version of electrum are you using?

Your transaction is likely still in the mempool of the nodes.

Your bitcoins won't be lost and you're pretty much fine. What's your TXID? The nodes will not relay your transaction if there's a transaction spending the same input as your transaction in the mempool and thats the problem here.

It should be dropped in a few days if no one rebroadcasts it.
