transaction not confimed after 3hours whit hight fee!

i have config 0,0005btc/kb, but i have trasfert 0,4btc and they not arrive...after 3 hours never confirmed...

There honestly isn't much to do other than wait unless your transaction is urgent and would need to be pushed as is. Only if you fall in the second category, is it worth to go an extra mile for pushing a low fee transaction into quicker confirmation.

0.0005btc/kb isn't actually a high fee for the current congestion of the network either. Fees for fast confirms have been between 0.0016-0.0018/kb lately.

https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ is a good site to see what good fees are currently and I also recommend using Dynamic Fees in Electrum if you aren't already.
