electrum, unconfirmed transaction was canceled, but wallet shows spent coins

i see a lot of threads about unconfirmed transactions, seems like im not the only one with this problem.
Transaction was unconfirmed (for around 3 days) and on blockchain it shows as canceled, but wallet shows bitcoins as spent.
How do i get electrum wallet to show my unspent coins again. (i assume they are still in my wallet, since transaction was canceled)
And can someone advise me a fee to pay, that would be absolutely make sure that my transaction gets confirmed, i don't care about overpaying.

Try clicking tools in the menu bar at the top, then network. A little box should pop up. Uncheck the checkbox with "select server automatically in it, then select a different server to the present one from the list. Finally, click the OK button and your wallet should resync through a new server that hopefully sees your transaction as cancelled. After that electrum should show your balance as spendable.

Just create a new wallet with the recover seed process, and check if the transaction disappears from the list. To have a good estimation about transaction fees, use this great tool: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

looks like transaction was broadcasted again, automatically, is there any way to stop that?

creating new wallet using seeds did not work.
Changing server too. Transaction still appears on the list.
My other transaction got canceled too, but did not rebroadcast yet.
Tried transaction accelerator, got accepted, nothing so far, but has only been 1 hour.

You will probably have to wait until viabtc mines a block before your transaction gets confirmed. Sometimes it  mines successive blocks very quickly, but sometimes there can be gaps of over 12 hours between the blocks it mines. You can see a list of the latest ones, and the times they were mined at the page linked below.
