Hello,
I sent $35 to myself, but only received $30.17.
Yesterday 2/23/17,  I sent $35usd from my Coinbase wallet to my Electrum wallet. I only recieved $30.179.
The fee was only 0.00046440,  $0.55usd, (computed at todays value 2/24 after a significant price increase).
$35 minus .55 = $34.45
I only recieved $30.17.  Where is the rest of it ($4.28)?

Here's the blockchain info:
Hash:  1eb6a5997ae3c3c98f42ac13feb0f813d0dc640825ff7196d3a3eebcb134d9c2
Time     2017-02-24 00:19:50
Sum of incoming txs     0.03209989 BTC
Sum of outgoing txs     0.03163549 BTC
Traded     0.03163549 BTC
Fee     0.00046440

Yes, but if the price went up, you should get more, not less. Huh

You're mixing $35 to 0.030179BTC. Check the transaction link again: https://blockchain.info/tx/1eb6a5997ae3c3c98f42ac13feb0f813d0dc640825ff7196d3a3eebcb134d9c2
Hover over the 0.030179BTC amount and it will show you the exact value at the time of transaction process (which is $35.16).

if total bitcoin balance is true, you can sum added use sending fee

Sum of incoming txs     0.03209989 BTC
Sum of outgoing txs     0.03163549 BTC
Traded     0.03163549 BTC
Fee     0.00046440

if with dollar value is down price, because bitcoin price is down too, so you can't use standard dollar value
is good total bitcoin sending is true

I don't see something different in your decimal.

The price of Bitcoin changes from time to time you know.
That's true there is no something wrong on the OP's tx. But just the problem of the fiat accumulator.

This is not the right section to post, you are posting scam accusations about Bitcoin? You should go to technical support sections to address this issue, this is a scam accusations about specific program, not about bitcoin transactions so lock this thread many will spam this thread.

Thank you,

This is a small issue about that loss money in your bitcoin transaction. Take note, Bitcoin is very volatile to its price and it can go up and go down anytime which can affect the value of your bitcoins. If you want to make sure that you don't loss money except to those fees then it is better if you do the math, Minus the fees on your bitcoin transaction and then check if the amount of bitcoin that you receive is right.

Ok.  Thank you all.
This was not a scam accusation. I just wanted to understand what happened.
The transaction confirmed pretty fast.  So volatility caused price to change during the transaction.
Just using btc amounts everything adds up.
Thanks
