Geez Baikal youre obviously not too concerned about everyone commenting how appalling your customer service is.

Just read some of these posts about how many potential orders you have lost.

I have now sent 4 emails, and numerous messages through Skype and not 1 response.

I am looking to purchase 10- 15 Giant B miners.

Looking like i will just go with Antminers, at least they respect their customers enough to get back to them.

The problem isn't getting the right skype address, it's getting them to actually respond.

Nevertheless, their new sales policy is 6 units minimum, so I'm looking for other people who don't want to risk over 40k on an order and want just one 1,2 or 3 to join together and buy a lot of at least 6 of the x10's .

There are alot of scammers for baikal. If that's the image of the skype you contacted then no, it's not them.
