What possibly could be the best way to get Cash in hand for your Bitcoins? Maybe in one country or to another.
Keep the safety and speed of the transaction in the mind.

i prefer to sell my bitcoin with my friend which work as local exchanger and he is help me and my other friend to get cash in quickly. but for people in out of my country, they can trying to sell their bitcoin in localbitcoin.com as they can found many seller and buyer that ready to make transaction even with the new person. but be careful when you want to make a deal with someone that you don't know and you never meet him/her, because you can risk your bitcoin to get scam. better to find recommended seller/buyer so you can safe when you want to make a transaction.

I'm cashing out my bitcoins into cash or converting it by selling it offline like to my friends who buys and sells bitcoin. I always contact him and tell him that i will sell my bitcoins and then he will just prepare the money then we will do meetup and just after that my bitcoins are already converted into cash in a smart and safer way.

True. Traditional ways are always a smart move because the hazard is there but the risk is low. By going online you don't know what will happen in the spectrum space. If you're transactions are low then it wont be a problem if you do it online. But if the transactions is about big time businesses and deals with a lot of money, then what you are doing is a smart way ( excluding the factors of your identification, distance and type of transactions ).

Meeting up also with a stranger is a high risk game and it can lead not only to the loss of money but also the loss of your own life. Its better be cautious in everything and always have someone to back you up. Individuality work brings you total privacy, but having a trusted mate brings you protection and a nice laugh.

Why u don't just sell in localbitcoins to your bank account and then go to an ATM?  in my country selling in LB takes like 5  minutes, the real issue is when u go to the ATM
I am wander from which country you are? In my place there is no any ATM.
And could you, please, explain what is localbitcoins? This is the first time I hear something like that.

The work you say is not really feasible, it only works for those developing countries where the bitcoin support is. In my country, bitcoin is not universally recognized, so no bank accepts it. If we want to sell it, we have to deal directly with other people or use intermediary sites, however, those sites are not really secure. So, we choose direct deals for large deals.

There are many ways to convert your bitcoin into cash ,but for me the fastest and best way is transferring your bitcoin to coins.ph because in coins.ph you can withdraw your electronic money via 7 eleven, paypal or in any way that is available . You can also your your accounts for mobile loads and you can increase your money by inviting friends and referrals.

Most probably he is talking about general Bank ATMs
And localbitcoins, is a website to buy/sell Bitcoins. It helps you to find a person who is nearby your location.
You can even post a trade offer and wait for somebody for transaction

You can sell in this forum by opening the sale thread or else you can go to localbitcoins a bitcoin local selling exchange where you will find lot of users who are dealing in cash in hand just you have to contact your country users and deal with them, but just be careful of taking some precautionary steps before dealing in cash in hand and do trading.
If you are pointing on converting bitcoin to money you may think that it's hard because in some transaction there are some difficuilties. But i would like to share an application here in my country called coin.ph , ih this app you can pay bills, buy load or even convert bitcoib to money. In buying loads you may cash out the money in buying loads for others just like in paying paying bills to other. That's the fastest way to take out the money out of bitcoin. And if you used coin.ph there's a 5% in every load you buy . So you are earning while you having money.
Yes you are right , finding a way on converting bitcoin to fiat is always depends on the specific country where you lived on. As you said on your country there is an application base wallet where it easy to convert because it a wallet at a same time it can monitor bitcoin prices so you can decide on converting bitcoin. In me your suggested application is good because most of users wants multi-purpose wallet where you can do a lot of thing in just one click.

Why are you cashing out in the middle of a speculator run-up? Traders are blowing up Bitcoin right now and you want to cash out? Does your mom need an operation or something?

For me the fastest ways is tho cash outyour bitcoin without any fees to recommended bank in your country or in a money transfer local services in your area. With that fast ways you can make sure your funds is secure so that you can't fear your money to be stolen by theives. That faster way of exchanging your digital currency to fiat cash will certainly benefit you along with the profitable services offered, and bitcoin really had a giod reason why people now were adopting to it as well.

As someone who does not have any people buying bitcoins on localbitcoins in my area, the only way I see it is; sell bitcoins for paypal (I've seen people buying bitcoins for paypal on a 1:1 ratio), then transfer them to your bank and then finally withdraw cash in an ATM. Of course, this defeats the whole meaning of anonymity, but it's the only way I can see it be done in my area.

who cares

Which area do you live in? I'm curious to know because I've seen localbitcoins in some of the strangest places. BTW, there are other exchangers to look at and I'm certain some will serve your location. I'm running a sig campaign for one that probably does. I won't earn anything from it if you do, just trying to help out. Friendly advice: you need to avoid that kind of PayPal risk.

Because bitcoin can't use for directly transaction. I think the easiest way is by providing debit cards similar to ATM, this is to facilitate user bitcoin Transact directly.
