Shipping time is coming, but since 4 feb I don't get confirmation of my order/order number and my order page is blank.
I have created several tickets but get no answer.
Last ticket #692. Ticket contains my login, email, walletbit's confirmation of purchase.
If someone have similar problem please add message to this thread.

I could be wrong on this but I thought the avalon team said previously if you have your walletbit confirmation then everything should be fine.

They can say anything but some people still don't get avalon 1 batch units and this people at least have their order numbers at hands.
I don't have order number for two month since day of purchse, I don't like the situation when my order will be handled (may be handled, may be not) after 3-rd batch going to ship out.

Same situation with my order - blank page. Also I make ticket with confirmation from walletbit.
In last e-mail Avalon say that order page have information this Friday, but I don't see nothing on my order page.

Does anyone have confirmation in order page?

I have the same problem.
You need to email the support and ask to get your order imported to the new system.
I emailed Yifu and the support a bit over two weeks ago about it but no answer yet Sad

I have the same here. My order is not visible in Avalon store.

- oder on 02.Feb. and no confirmation.
- opened a ticket on 03.Feb. which was closed on same day with "Hi XXXX, your order appears correctly in our system."
- as statet in the last Avalon news letter at 19.Apr. opend a new ticket which is still open

I also still have a blank order page, though I did receive confirmation from WalletBit. Per Yifu's email, I opened a ticket (#655); no response yet.

Same here, though I did also get an email confirmation from Avalon some time after my order was placed, showing an order number (#1049), and my shipping address.  I responded that the address needed revising, and a new email arrived shortly showing the updated address.

It sounds like my order is in their system, but is not associated with my store account.

In the 15-April newsletter, Yifu says:

we are in also the process of merging many earlier problematic orders, if your order still does not show up in the store by Friday of the 19th please open another ticket.

I opened support ticket #706 about it yesterday.  No response yet.

Same problem. Batch2 purchase 2 Feb. Blank page on my both accounts at Avalon store, order number - unknown.
Last support ticket #715. Tickets #189 and #681 had been closed by me without any answers from Avalon.

However guys we can see - they doing something with support pages - now they have different colors for tickets that beeing processed and they added the rating on close action. Does that mean - soon? Smiley
