I've been using c-cex for long time and have never encountered lost of coins like this. Except the occasional prompt that someone is trying to access my account and failed to (luckily I have 2fa active).
Have you tried contacting their support first and ask them what happened to your account?

You have already posted on their service thread and you'll get a response soon from the admin. It takes time for getting a response but he'll tell you the issue soon.

Did you get any notification when your coins were sold/account password was changed or you were able to access your account easily? Usually we get a confirmation email when we request any withdrawal from our account.

Never heard they scammed people. I also have been long time used C-Cex and never had any problem, my deposit and withdrawal also smoothly.
@OP, i don't understand with all your proofs, what does that mean? I just see your balance -65000.

Ouch man, -65000 isn't a joke with those tokens, though I don't have an idea how much it's value. But this is new for me, I know c-cex for almost a year now on and they've been no problems since I did a couple of trades with it. But with your proofs I guess it is still lack to accuse c-cex, can you show your transaction history here?
