Unless of course you are paying TIME token which makes it more sensible. or probably LH which is more impossible because the token isn't yet created as fat as i know.

i think he get amazed for those chronobank since they accumulated huge amount of money by the help of their many participants and thats the reason why he invites them to join in his campaign. And also he should think that chronobank devs are paying to another social media sites to highlight there ico and maybe he should follow that also to get more success in their upcoming crowdfund.
