there is a new link but the owner,apparently,doesn't have enough time to change it 
it is a PTP service,here you have to drive visitors to your reflink and get paid for that (google PTP if you are confused still)
it pays very little but you can have your link up and forget about it,besides OP accepts major traffic exchanges like Heatleap etc.
so it is low but automatic earning,although the earning potential is extremely low- I only manage to make 2.000 satoshi per day with this one
