What are the requirements to be "Escrow"?

To be escrow you need to be reputable member of the community. Reputation is the key here, you will have to earn it over time.
If you are newbie, junior member or full member and you didn't interact or participate in any trades before, it is more than sure no one will use you as escrow.
The problem is, that because of account selling is rampant there is no way to determine who is who anymore. (Look up: master-p exit scam)

Being an escrow and launching an escrow service is a difficult thing to achieve if you are just getting started here and you just had an account without good feedbacks because good feedbacks and trust rate is one of the concern in choosing an escrow so if you to be a escrow then you should work for that good feedbacks and also good trust rate and after that you can now start your service.

In my own understanding As an escrow the no.1 thing that he/she have is must trustworthy in bitcointalk forum. Meaning, he need to build trust first in this industry. Its up for the escrows if he likes to show his identity to the people here but not necessarily needed, its fine if he don't like. Then if you are going to transact other's here you must deal with them properly and must be fulfill your transaction for you to gain trust to them.

Yes. Trustworthiness is the most important factor. There is nothing written or guide to become an escrow. You have to be here from a long time, should give proper suggestions and ruling in the favor of parties and never steel a Satoshi.

Trusted members, how are they trusted in the first place? by other trusted members. having green trust means nothing as I can see they're getting away with ignoring payments to some members.
If you try to be an escrow they'll tag you saying that you have no trust or past experience, yeah I tried to have experience but no body accepted my deals.
Results are in this forum only exclusive members(inner circle) are trusted.

Why? There are few site, that are providing escrow service, but they are not trusted, run by a single person, dont know if they are legit. We can not trust them.

Why Choose this forum: First of all this forum is Legit. Run by many people.
Secondly trusted guy can apply for "Escrows" service.

Requirement for escrow serivce:
- Reputable
- His picture and address will be verified by the team. (Verification can be done through courier service)
- Contact address will be verified.

In my point of view and perception regarding about your concern, for you to become an escrow no.1 rule you must be trustworthy in this industry or on this thread. You must build trust to anyone here in this forum, if there is some member here give their trust to you and you prove that you are worth it, that member is the first community who will tell about the transaction you've made, meaning there is no requirement except on having an account  in bitcointalk.org that's it.

You could get trust from that. For example, you trade your btc to a member here. If the trade was successful. The member you have traded will give you positive feedback.

One person wont be enough to prove the community that you are trustworthy since you could make trades anytime with another account and you can just simply trade yourself in one another.Its not convincing at all thats why its better to have more trades with other person the more the better and trust would really build up in the long run.

I think a trust is an important point. but on the other we also have to have the skill and ability to do manage a transaction. because an escrow required for an advanced was an intelligent and astute. escrow is a pretty difficult job to do.

Actually, being escrow or to become an escrow it doesn't need any requirements I think the only requirements to be needed for you to become an escrow is you need to have someone here in this community who entrusted you, or someone will endorse or recommend you here because they know you. Meaning, you need to build trust in this industry.
