escrow service will be used for all BTC transactions, and I will cover all fees.

Cash payments will be done in person or through an escrow service of mutual decision.  

For preorder purchases John will hold the funds in escrow until the delivery and exchange.  

You must provide confirmation of your order with Avalon, or proof of ownership of the machine of its already in hand.
