I want to start a bitcoin service in my country.

How can I be of help to the bitcoin community?
What can I do for the prosperity of bitcoin?

What bitcoin business do you think is suitable to do in a small island(at around 1.3millions population).

Any suggestions, advice and help, will be very appreciated.

Ahh.  Well, bitcoin-tourism, obviously.  And get your hands on some bitcoin ATMs when they're available.  I'm sure there are plenty of bitcoin out there that would love to be spent under the table and sheltered from their home-country taxes.

Mauritius is pretty far off the beaten path, so some connection with an air carrier might be valuable.
