I don't understand your question.

It's a bitcoin transaction.

It has 31 inputs ranging from 0.00005 BTC to 1.4023746 BTC for a total of 1.41187736 BTC all from outputs that were previously sent to 1LxkLRyo7geb4umenGtJUJ2o4ArYJbWZZD.

It has 2 outputs. One for 1.41087 BTC being sent to 17fTqG6q2HGhuP2jZPYSx46mU3c8bxWp2s and the other for 0.00000736 BTC of change being sent back to 1LxkLRyo7geb4umenGtJUJ2o4ArYJbWZZD leaving 0.001 BTC for a transaction fee.

It's about 5.5 kilobytes in size and was received by blockchain.info's client at 2013-04-19 18:06:42.  It appears likely to have been sent from a blockchain.info wallet.

At the moment it has received its first confirmation and was included in block #232140.

Is there something else you need explained?

The address 1LxkLRyo7geb4umenGtJUJ2o4ArYJbWZZD received many small ( 0.00005 ) transactions in the past. It also received some larger amounts (such as 1.4023746 BTC). Now someone sends BTC from this address further to 17fTqG6q2HGhuP2jZPYSx46mU3c8bxWp2s and these many smalls inputs (previously outputs) and some bigger (one of them being 1.4023746 BTC) are combined to do this. Change is returned back to 1LxkLRyo7geb4umenGtJUJ2o4ArYJbWZZD.
