OP, you must provide full information about the scammer and use a proper scam report format (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0)

This his profile link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=883346 (He is a newbie)
Based on his trust rating, i've seen he got 4 negative trusts (including you) and when i checked all refferences, all of his thread are in self-moderated thread (a newbie+self moderated thread= 100% scammer)
