Unless the Bitcoin was sent to an online or exchange wallet (depends on the service whether they credit your account), then you still have the Bitcoin. Addresses do not expire and wallets will keep track of all addresses, they do not just delete an address after it has been used.

If it's confirmed... the only way to do so is to figure out how to recover the address.... If it's not confirmed, you could try to doublespend it with a higher fee but that's about it.

I think you dont have acces to your old address? But
If you have the wallet file of your btc address or a private key you can recover it.

The only case you can get your coins back is that you have the private key to that address or it's an address of an exchange service.

If it's none, I guess you can't
