Please is anybody facing the same problem? I have been requesting for payout of my bitcoin since yesterday but they kept cancelling it each time I make a request.

I want to know if it's the case with everybody, in the meantime stay away from Coincheck.com

I contacted support and their first response was that my withdrawal did not reflect my account that I they are sorry for that.

I put in another request and was cancelled,  without communicating any reason to me. I contacted support again and this time they claimed the card I used to pay does not bear my name.

Now here is the issue,  I do pay into friends account so as to use their account for purchases online due to limit of $100/month allowed on debit cards for online transactions in my country. I have done this before on Coincheck where my withdrawal was processed,  although it was a little amount.

Now I am requesting more than that and they are complaining about card name not being in tally with my account name with them,  even though they had charged and taken the money I paid into my friends account for the transaction.

I think this is a device to steal my bitcoin this time around and would suggest people should Stay away from the site.

Thank you for utilizing our service this time.
As I have checked your status, you are available to withdrawal your money,
In addition, do not use other people's card.
Thank you for understanding this situation,
In addition, sorry for getting you trouble this time.

After I requested for another withdrawal and they still refused and cancel my withdrawal attempt.

I think Coincheck is officially a scam website by all standards.

Until they process my withdrawal,  Coincheck is not safe for traders.

They don't even bother responding to my contact message anymore but respond to my friends who has an account with them.
