I am new to this site. I am just a straight btc trader who buy and sells. I buy daily and sell daily in US.
I am looking for 2 btc per day to move. I would be able to deposit money in to locally available bank. I would prefer escrow service.
I dont want to buy at the current market price as i can buy that from btc exchange. I would pay 25% to 30% below market price so i can stay competitive.

No one will be selling their BTC for 25%/30% below market. If you take a look at the Marketplace they'r actually asking for + %.

As the price is going towards peak none is gonna sell you at a price 23-30% lower than the market price. Also what you buy is not that big. Big traders move thousands of coins a day. Start with buying through exchange and make profit placing your profit margin. As price increase is continuing you to can make small profit regularly based on the variation.

Yeah. If that is the case. Sellers will just post their sell order on exchange rather than risk it on peer to peer trading. I get the point of OP on buying dump price of bitcoin directly from user but the problem is the price of bitcoin is fluctuating right now and it is very absurd to sell bitcoin right now on low price.

No one is going to sell you at below market rates , and even if they do then the most likely explanation is that they want to get rid of their coins, which means that the person selling the coins got them while doing some shady activity.

haha yeah that is a crazy idea, you would need some people selling dodgy coins to get even 5% below the market rate.

If someone is willing to sell that much under market price, it's most likely shade business. If not, anybody in their right mind would buy 2 Bitcoin, sell it instantly at an exchange, and make 250 dollar profit.

you're scaring the scammers actually. what you wanna do is scam the scammers. who in the right mind would sell to you for less 25%  when they can safely sell it for more on exchanges?
tell you, if you wanna buy you can buy it on exchange or do it on localbitcoin which selling may charge you 25%, they can do that for its their btc.
