As title say I'm looking to buy BTC for MONEYGRAM/WESTERN UNION.

I'm looking to pay 2% below market and seller must be paying fees for sending $.
Escrow will be used for this transaction if seller deem it.

I will be sending $  on a MG/WU location in my country wich are open between :

PST 03:30 AM to 06:30 PM*

Hello yes I can pay via Western Union and Moneygram.
Wich I need to recieve 2% extra in BTC regarding the money you want to recieve using BITSTAMP current rate.
Bitcoins should be in escrow from this forum unless  you'r looking to send the BTC in first place to me.
I've never done a deal before so for a better and safe deal we should use ESCROW.
I'm able to cover escrow fee's but not the moneygram/western union ones.

Any other question feel free to ask.

Thanks
