I have 30+ payments waiting for confirmation for nearly 48 hours.
Fees have been 0.00020+ per transaction.
Today, I sent BTC from Bittrex exchange to BlockChain wallet. Bittrex fee was 0.00020/BTC.
The Bittrex transaction was confirmed within an hour.
I do not understand how Bittrex transaction was confirmed in a short period of time and my other transactions with higher fees have not been confirmed.

You may want to post your address or the TXID so we have a better look, you should also take a look https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ to have a better idea on the recommended fees you should use, It's all based on the size of the transaction.

People who transferred their Bitcoins are waiting a little while because of the slow Blockchain (it's been like this for one week now and people on Bitcointalk are accelerating their transactions and stated that they received their coins before the day was over). You could use this website to accelerate your Bitcoin transactions, this will help your transaction get confirmed faster. https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ Did you check your email address that is linked to Bittrex and confirm the withdrawal link? You may have to contact Bittrex Support if you don't see the transaction link within Blockchain.info.

You are paying 80sat/byte. Not a small fee, still much smaller than the recommended. The interesting part is https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx recommends 150 sat/byte and https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ recommends 220. The mempool is bigger and bigger. You need much higher fees if you are in a hurry. More and more have heard of this, more and more are using it and the limit is filled faster.

you have to accept it or increase the fee. The prices are very high and you have to understand that this is the high time for everyone to trade, sell, buy their Bitcoin. There are likely a million transactions every day and if you want your transaction to be confirmed, you have to increase the fee per byte. Currently, I always sent my Bitcoin with the fee from 100k sat and above

If you don't pay high fee for your transactions, wait 2/3 days for confirm. Shame on you miners!

Paying 100K sats for small transactions is scandalous.

I think that is not solution. Surely, more and more users would of course make the network being busy and make confirmation to become long. This should look for a solution, because it could create a bitcoin abandoned.

But recently i heard there a lot of people complaining about this unconfirmed transaction number getting bigger. I don't know if there some people doing a stresses attack again on blockchain metwork? it is possible right?

There are over 87,000 unconfirmed transaction right now https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactionsToo many transaction and the block size cannot afford all of it, overload the system. Everyone told you to increase the fees a bit, my last transaction fee was 0.0003393 through blockchain wallet and takes an hour or less to be confirmed.

The thing is... BTC price is going high. Many of the holders are trying to get their coins out to sell them and the transactions volume is increasing. Since there is no blocksize increase, the transactions will keep getting delayed even if you pay a higher fee.
We seriously need to solve this issue...

The reason for it maybe the traffic and the volume of transactions that was happening around the system the moment you made your payments. The other possibility was the site that you used to send your bitcoins. So its either because of traffic, because of the site. But dont worry it will be fine your transactions will be completed though you need to wait a little longer.

He just said that he transacted through blockchain and the confirmation took almost 2 days, he did not said any solution for the problem, he just stated his own problem but ended pretty well.

why you don't use coinbase ?
i don't know about OP but if we wanted to use Coinbase and services like that we would have continued on using our banks. and that actually can save you a lot of pain in the ass!

why you don't use coinbase ?
Coinbase is really not a good wallet to use. There are several issues posted by users of coinbase ad I'm guessing that's why OP uses a different exchange.

The Chinese miners must be loving this. Maybe they will do neither activate Segwit nor hard fork to BU to maintain the new status quo. High fees and killing the network to make way for the new and shiny PBOC coin coming this June.
I too feel that they are doing something fishy in the background and this delay is just a curtain for those things. People are already frustrated about the delay and even when everyone know that segwit is the solution, it is not getting implemented. Higher transaction fees will make things worse for Bitcoin.
