It's a problem for us of all. My payment has been stuck for hours and I have paid 111sats/byte which is not small fee at all. Now what should we do? Looks like bitcoins is turning into Paypal-2 which requires more fees.

I think this is a common complain already that processing time is slow. I think they are doing something already to address this problem so that it will not escalate. For the mean time, why not used alternative coins if possible?

It wont turn out to be like paypal-2 since basing on the fees compared to the current fees of paypal i could say they are far awat stretched to compare. I dont know actually what would be the exact thing should do to solve this slow confirmation and addition of fees on each bitcoin transaction. This is the common problem which all bitcoin users do experience as of now.

Time will come when bitcoin will no longer leave the exchangers due to the very slow confirmations and it will serve as a medium of exchange between alternative coins and digital notes in the exchangers. If bitcoins problem will not be solved and treated sooner then bitcoin will be replaced by other alternative coins that are trustworthy.

to solve problems like this we have to provide a large fee in each transaction. This is the only possible way to accelerate the delivery of bitcoin transactions. everyone is currently experiencing the same problem.

Have you seen the fees people are putting into transaction? I have seen many people who paid 1 btc for there transactions.
I have been putting more then normal/recommended fees but still my transaction get stuck for several hours.
We need a solution for this otherwise we are done.

This is very clear, it is showing the backwardness and trouble of the blockchain, it can not meet the needs of the current market, what we see is its disrespect. I think that if it does not take measures soon enough, people are forced to choose technology change measures, in other words, people will use a new technology more advanced, fast and convenient. than. I am sure of that. But I hope, a remedy will be proposed, and every problem is solved

I tried 0.00015 btc fee but it was UNconfirmed more than 1 day, therefore I had to use the accelerator, the transaction is so slow, we need scale.

the fee for transaction has been increasing lately and it's twice then a year back, for someone who might not notice they will just use the old fee that they usually submit and the result they will get slow transaction, always check the fee per byte if you want your transaction confirmed fastly

Next time at least use 0.001. The fees are going insane.
Or try to put 222sats/byte but if you want your transaction confirmed soon try putting at least 0.001 because we cannot determine the size of the transaction before.

Actually this are the problems or complaint most in blockchain. A very slow to confirm the transactions, it took more than 24 hours to received the bitcoins. I think this has been already addressed the issue by the blockchain problem because many users are been complaining already.

you have to accept it or increase the fee. The prices are very high and you have to understand that this is the high time for everyone to trade, sell, buy their Bitcoin. There are likely a million transactions every day and if you want your transaction to be confirmed, you have to increase the fee per byte. Currently, I always sent my Bitcoin with the fee from 100k sat and above

This case has been several times happened to me and one of my friend here always telling me that I must adjust the rate of the fee in the transaction which I made. But the question is I don't know what to do of how am I gonna adjust the low fee going to high fee's or increase the  fee. Huh

It is happenning again...more than 4 hours my transaction started and still not confirmed!

From what I see here
https://blockchain.info/fr/unconfirmed-transactions

I should not be the only one as there were 10,900 tx not confirmed few hours ago and now there are 22,400 !

Anyone in the same situation?

If you don't pay high fee for your transactions, wait 2/3 days for confirm. Shame on you miners!
The miners want 2x.  Shame on the assholes at Core.  Shame on Adam Back, nullc, and all of the Blockstream dicks.

100% correct.
0-conf has always been double spendable. There are ways to reduce the risk through well-connected nodes and miner cooperation, but that increases centralization and still doesn't eliminate the risk. In Bitcoin, solutions that aren't cryptographically secure aren't interesting.
The "0-conf is good enough for my cup of coffee" argument: I don't think that your daily coffee transaction needs to be on the blockchain. I don't think that every node in the entire network needs to process, verify and store your coffee transaction until the end of time. This just doesn't scale on a broadcast network like Bitcoin as we get closer to global adoption.
The blockchain is a shared resource that needs to be small enough to avoid centralization, it cannot possibly store everyone's coffee, uber ride, cinema ticket, bubble gum purchase. The correct (and only) technical solution here is to bunch up your 1000 coffee transactions, 500 uber rides, 500 fast food payments over the past year and settle them cryptographically on the network, which exactly what LN does. As a plus you also get secure instant transactions.
With that said, block size will have to be increased eventually - but not by BTU, it's a terrible and insecure piece of dog poop.
