Well think about it, are you going to be a person that just be known as another gambling site, or actually help the community it seems you choose to be just another gambling site hurting the community. How about something with a decent jackpot that can be +EV, most i've seen are poorly implemented.

Something like the PVP system in wow, except balanced around pvp with raids not included in the game at all. I want the ability to participate in tournaments and make wagers on duels and arenas, maybe like pooled betting where you pick a particular amount to risk for a battleground.
I want this alot.
