Internal Error 500 is not a maintenance. It's server error due scripts faults. IMO its something serious. Or they just disappear, deleting all sites files. |

Thanks for your feedback, glad you've liked our platform! We're planning to add HTTPS support in next release, as well as other features that are in development now. Our team is multicultural  User funds are securely spread over variety of cold storages/vaults, only small percent are used for daily operations. I think it's hard to tell where is the better odds, because they really differs from match to match and from one bet type to another. Some of odds are higher on BetOpen, some on the platform you've mentioned. But what we can say with 100% sure is that our odds are highly competitive in the market. whenever i open site and redirect in cakeph said An Internal Error Has Occurred what is that meaning ? maintainance or updating ? and how long will take because im interesting and exciting to play i look forward on more on graphics and gameplay . thank you |

What is the 50% Parlay bonus ? I just don't get it, how does it work ? i can get 50% from losing parlay or bonus 50% from winning parlay ? And BTW 35% Affiliate is a good rate , I saw many others only have 30% for Affiliate.

35% is only for whale affiliate, their lowest rate is extremely low, only 5% share, not worth to try, their odds is not good, if using wagering % is OK, for profit sharing, the rate is bad. |

You could get up to 50% bonus on winning a parlay, see T&Cs page for details. As affiliate you get 35% for the first month and then could get up to 35% for life. |

This sportsbook is very poor.
The last 2 weeks everything was ok but in the last 3 days it was beginning to cheat.
Lost bets were settled correctly, winning bets were settled correctly or canceled.
Now 4 bets have been canceled (3 inplay/1 pre-game).
I wrote an email yesterday -> No answer
I applied for a payout more than 24h ago -> No payout

Unfortunately I'm having the same issue, 4 of my last 20 bets were cancelled (all of them were won by the way).
Now I'm having 4 more pending bets for which the events all have already ended hours ago and all 4 bets were won according to the final score. Since the bets are still not settled, I'm pretty sure BetOpen will cancel these as well.
