We've sent email newsletter about this issues. We were having troubles with some of the odds feeds for some of the events, that's why part of the bets were cancelled. We kindly ask you to be patient and don't worry, this issue will be fixed soon (focus on next 1-2 business day, as it requires some additional technical improvements to avoid such things in future). As you've seen before we've payed all withdrawals and settled all bets correctly before.

I compared the odds I played with other sportsbooks like bet365 and 10bet.
Your odds were a little bit higher but not too high.
So there is no reason to cancel.
Also, only won bets were canceled.
THIS IS NOT OK!
My last payout is still pending...

I agree, you should either cancel ALL the bets before the match has started or just pay out all bets when you accept them.

The issue weren't related to the bet status, it's just related to some of the events. You can see on the screenshot that you've provided, that you've got plenty of won bets settled as it should be before and after the cancelled, so you see that it's related to events and not bet status. |

I think you have more problems with your sportsbook than correct settlement of bets.

I was looking for possible sportsbook where I can bet and got me interested on that 35% affiliate bonus so I read this thread and end up reading the issue about cancelling bets. Quite unfair if the bets are cancelled after the event, it should be done before the events end. This kind of happening is not inviting for a suppose to be new bettor like me. I hope you fix this problem, for now I think I will follow this thread and watch a bit longer before deciding. |

I think you have more problems with your sportsbook than correct settlement of bets.
I'm pretty sure they will pay you, I have requested several withdrawals in the past and all of them have been paid (some took longer than 24 hours too). My main concern is the cancelling of winning bets.. |

Cancelling winning bets is fraud, isn't it? My main concern is that they pay 35% affiliate commission for lost bets, while their house edge is unlike smaller! But with the cancelled winning bets, this ponzi scheme could last longer! |

Did you contact their support? What sports you have bet? I have the same problem but it only take me 6hours for my bet o be graded except for that i have no problem for the site |

Did you contact their support? What sports you have bet? I have the same problem but it only take me 6hours for my bet o be graded except for that i have no problem for the site I have send them an e-mail just now, still I'm quite convinced they will cancel all 4 won bets  |

Regarding the issue with bets settlements, there were additional time needed for investigation about what events were affected by the issues with odds feed and excess odds types present, that's why statuses were changed with delay. All affected events bets were returned to the players balances, not depending on status lost or won. We worked really hard and fixed this issue as soon as were possible, so you won't experience such things starting from today. Sorry for inconvinience. |

Wow that is good because of that the cancelling of bets will be put he site reputation down because if the player is win then their bets are cancelled maybe they will not play in your site anymore so that is good to hear that the issue is fixed right now. |
