This is my first time to hear this exchange,Did you try to google to search for feedbacks related to the site from its users? If you cant see anything then better not to tend to use this site.There are lots actually could able to exchange bitcoin to skrill/neteller.

Exactly like you said, it's a Monitor/Info site and not an exchanger.
I will agree also and for EPay. I have done some transactions and everything looks good and fast.

I had heard and used https://www.okchanger.com for currency arbitrage in the past when i was doing perfectmoney and paypal exchange trading.

It is a good source of information.

It is scam and fraud website.

I paid them $700 for advertisement on their website and they didn't add my banner. On several mails they replied that my exchange website is a scam and their clients are complaining that my exchange website have cheated their clients.

How can I scam their clients when I haven't done any order. We are new exchangers and haven't got any order as we have launched completely new exchanger website then how can we scam.

Okchanger has taken the money of $700 and now not even refunding it nor adding my banner.

Okchanger is big big scam website as they are stealing money only.
