Phase 1
I see this company i start playing with them some deposit some withdrawals I loose around 4 Bitcoins with them in total, they limit my account I withdraw my remaining balance
I ask them why was i limited they apologise saying it was a mistake on their behalf offer me a bonus I say ok I will deposit again why not if there is a bonus

Phase2
I start playing the bonus and my deposit... they had a bonus bar that let you know how much you wagered i complete the bonus turnover the amount becomes available for withdrawal i make a withdrawal of 1,2 Bitcoins

Phase3
I send them an email to please hurry up with my withdrawal they respod that i haven't completed the turnover and cite T&C's from a different bonus I ask their Live chat if i have completed the turnover they say yes, their website shows that i have completed the turnover and the amount is available for withdrawal they email me saying that they added extra turnover because they didn't liked my bets in their website the amount still is marked as withdrawable and Not a bonus

Not true your website said that i could withdraw the money the bonus balance is not withdrawable..... only after i finished the turnover it was made withdrawable the TC's you are citing are from a different bonus for example the turnover period in those is 30 days mine was 90 days.Again your website confirmed i had completed the turnover you LiveChat confirmed i had completed the turnover
