The user clearly breach several points of bonus condition, but we gave the user the chance to complete it.

1)These are all lies i did not deceive or abuse any rules when THEIR site and THEIR livechat told me that i have finished rollover requirements then i requested for a  withdrawal 3 pictures their livechat confirms that i have completed the turnover other 2 two how my bonus was shown before completion "available for withdrawal 0" and how it was after it was completed and the balance was available for withdrawal

2) The pushed bets were draw no bet and were probably 3-5 out of 50+ bets and i am pretty sure they were not counted towards the turnover


3) There is no "fraud team" this is a whitelabel site from betconstruct a one man amateurish operation this is not a big company don't be deceived


4)I have been looking with my lawyer to this scammers they don't have any license under any jurisdiction their domain name was created at February 5 and expires in 2018 this is a quick ponzi scheme from them,there are no contact information of any kind adress,name of company anything.

It is hard to imaging they will freeze your account for no reason(I play much higher stake on casino). they already told that they would post a official report regarding your case.
