Planning to setup a monero mining pool ... any idea what hashrate is required  to find a first block within a day/week?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

77500 H/s will get you a block per day divide it by 7 and it will get you a block a week divide it by 30 and it will l get you a block per month... keep in mind all of these are averages.
