Yes you can get adsense with a youtube channel but you have to apply and not set in stone you will get one.I think he is selling his but remember he could claim it back as you cant transfer adsense to my knowledge.Its a decision you have to make do you trust the seller not to go to google and say he has no access to his email and just get it back and you are left with nothing.As they say you play the game you take your chances

No, after giving you admin privileges to your google account you can easily delete my account from it easily. so, I won't able to sign in into that account again. Don't worry I will take care of all the things you have to just sit back and relax. After That, i won't able to claim that account by any means. You can do some independent research about it on google. |

I see a problem with this. You can only have one adsense account, so if you sell it, you can never join adsense ever again, unless you enter under a different nickname, different bank account, everything, and im not sure if they will allow relatives.
Also the person buying it may face some problems when they see the name on the adsense account isn't the same as it used to be/bank account etc. Not sure.
