No, the account doesn't have any such issue the problem is that it will take 7-8 Months to reach $100 when I can request my first payment but I am in need.

you already have adsense on your youtube account. all you need it to provide interesting videos and you'd get that $100 minimum withdrawal. i do have adsense in my youtube channel and had already withdraw few times. didn't you know you need not to upload your own videos to generate income from it?
