I advise before you buy ask for the seller to show you how they got those credits proof. Sometimes they might have used stolen credit cards to purchase, and later you may need to face the issues. Do some check before you buy from anyone and also use an escrow to send money if you need to send first.

I assume you don't want to pay the same price as you pay when you buy from Skype directly
