Nope, looks good, however AMD is highly unoptimized, so you only have like 3-4 MH/s on an RX480 while you have around 33-34 (!) MH/s on a 1080 .. I'd recommend to mine a different coin with AMD cards.

Yes and Nope, all X-algos are also already mined on ASIC's, google for Baikal miner.
