1 ASUS Strix 390x 8GB (no box) - $200 shipped CONUS

4 Sapphire Nitro 390x 8GB (no box) - $200 shipped CONUS

5 Powercolor 390x 8GB Devil Watercooled - $215 shipped CONUS (One fan on watercool unit has a blade missing, runs at same temp as other cards)

They have been run in a stable and cool environment (see pictures below).  None have had roms modded and ran with only a slight overclock.  Have had zero issues with any of them.
