Hello
I send PM, but it don't occure in my messages->outpox, so I think I still can't send messages. What I should do to send PM? I spent over 5h on forum, and write over than 5 post

You probably need to wait a little while for the system to update your status  Huh

Bitcointalk does not automatically save messages to your outbox. You can either change this in your settings or click "save to outbox" on each individual message.

"Sent PMs are not saved by default, to change that:
Go to 'Profile'
Click 'Personal Message Options' (left side)
Check the box that says 'Save a copy of each Personal Message in my outbox by default.'
Click 'Change Profile'
It will save messages in your outbox after you send them from now on."
