There is no need for new altcoins that don't have capable and motivated developers that make good improvements that increase the coins' price.

Honestlt, why would someone put all the time and work to it FOR YOU? That's a bit naive thinking that someone would do all the work and keep you in the project, as you would bring no value to the project. I'm sure that there is nothing new in this coin, it's just a copy of some popular coin.

And lastly, why would someone use your coin? If some football guys don't want to buy players with fiat (they sure do), they use bitcoin instead of a crazily volatile shitcoin...

So what can you do that is beneficial for the project? The way I see it, you want to work for the coin, but you don't have the skill to do any of the programming, which is the biggest part in making a coin. If you want this project to happen, you pretty much need to pay an altcoin developer to do the coding for you, and all the features you want. Otherwise I don't see this coin ever happening.
