Rules needs to be changed from time to time. In 8th century AD, pork was banned because it was the main reason for the spread for various parasitic diseases. But hygienic and safe pork is available now. So this ban needs to be removed.

I don't think that education will make much of a difference. Take the 2015 San Bernardino attack as an example. The perpetrators (Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik) were well educated Muslims. Farook was born in the United States, and even attended the California State University, San Bernardino.

You need to look up your definition of the word "secularization". It does not mean that other religions get to impose their laws on you, it means that they get the same rights as everyone else: the law does not favor certain religions. A Muslim extremist talking about Sharia in a secular country, with no ability to impose his views on anybody else, has absolutely no distinction in the legal context from a white supremacist who wants to sterilize entire races of populations, but is unable to do so.

Well the Muslim was taught not to eat pork mainly because pork was pressumed to be dirty.  Like what we have seen on videos circulating on the net that it has worm in it.  I think every food have worms and have bacterias, that is why we have to cook them.  Heat is needed to kill those bacteria, germs and worms.  And I do not see anything wrong if we refused to eat pork, it will keep us healthy
