While studying in university i had many muslim friends, most of them don't eat pork or drink and smoke. But there were few of them who ate and smoked cigarettes and drank. They were all good guys and gals. But sometimes I think no matter how open minded or progressive you are, such religious restrictions limit your world view.

The video is no longer available and hope youtube removed it because it is spreading hate,i am not sure what happened here and without the video i really cannot comment anything about this incident,but one thing i know is that the Muslim population in UK has risen in the past ten years and it is causing some problems for the local community because of their hardcore beliefs.

Well the Muslim was taught not to eat pork mainly because pork was pressumed to be dirty.  Like what we have seen on videos circulating on the net that it has worm in it.  I think every food have worms and have bacterias, that is why we have to cook them.  Heat is needed to kill those bacteria, germs and worms.  And I do not see anything wrong if we refused to eat pork, it will keep us healthy 

I don't have a problem if Muslims refrain from consuming pork. Even the religious Jews normally don't consume pork. But they should not dictate what the others should eat. Abusing someone just because he is "presumed to be" a pork-eater is plain wrong. And also remember that this incident occurred in a Christian majority nation.

I'm scared to think about it, really. Was he planning to eat that? Some bacon producing companies should award this bacon lover for his dedication I don't think I ever ate this much of anything and he managed to fit it all in his butthole. 3kg!

The wild people. But I know many Muslims who have been living in a Christian country and always use pork. Perhaps Muslims have been exposed to a pack instinct and adapt to the conditions in which they live.

I don't think that he was planning to eat that. It seems like he was a religious Muslim, and pork is by default a taboo food item for him. He was just doing it to earn some money. The bacon was probably destined for the European expats.

So I've heard from a friend from Sweden, they're having it far worse. He said that raping has become a daily occasion there and police are powerless to do anything since they don't want to be branded racists and lose their jobs. Pretty sad situation in WEU.

What does this even mean? Pork is a type of meat. And you are going to argue that pork is unhealthy when compared to the other type of meats? As far as I know, pork is much more healthy than beef or venison.

Why are you so surprised? Everyone knows how Muslims treat their women. They are forced to cover from head to toe, and are not allowed outside without the company of men. Almost all of the Muslim women face daily domestic abuse. For their husbands, they are no more than child producing machines. No other religion treats women as bad Islam.

But if you are not living in a muslim country it is very hard to escape from pork. Most fast foods, pizza, snacks includes pork. They use it because it is much cheaper.
Btw In muslim countries, they makes beefs with turkey and cheats. Especially most 5 star all in hotels in turkiye or most arabic countries. They throw the bull saying not using any pork but still cheat

The fundamental reason why they dont eat pork is just because they believe its dirty, the animal itself love to be in the mud or dirty places and that no matter how you wash it, it does not leave but thats because as at the time of the old it was impossible to was it to be clean with bare hands but today, with the advancement of technologies where pigs could be reared without even touching muds and washed with big equipment in matter of minutes, cooked within seconds, I see no reason not to eat it only issue there is the health factor of containing too much fat.

I agree with you. It's already 2017. And advancement of technology has been really helpful to us, in all aspects of our loves including in the hog business. I have also watched television documentaries where pigs are housed in a well-air conditioned facility which guarantee its quality. And after all, it is still depend on us whether we're going to eat pork or not.
