According to the document, in the United States for 90 days to ban people 6 countries: Sudan, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia and Yemen. However, the effect of a decree would not apply to those individuals who already have current us visa or residence permits.

Most likely this is a political decision on Iraq. Trump looks like an idiot, but he's a very clever and cunning dude. And there are peers who will not advise the bad.

I do not see any intelligent decrees and action from Trump. Maybe he and advisers are the same? To combat migrants bans will not work. Maybe it would be easier to create the opportunity available and want America for foreigners online? Having in their country the opportunity to earn 500 dollars a month the migrants went to America. How do you like this method of dealing with illegal immigration?

This is a surprise and I am puzzled on the amendments on the plan. This new ordinance was much less tighter than the previous issuance. But it delivers a good news to all residents coming from the  banned countries that has already a resident permit. Further, expelling Iraq from the list is a big question. It brought many speculations and many are already discussing and talking about it.

This is a surprise and I am puzzled on the amendments on the plan. This new ordinance was much less tighter than the previous issuance. Iraq has already stated that this is a positive sign, but other Arab countries will seek their removal from the list of sanctions and Iraq to help them in this. I think that Trump will not be able long to keep such a ban.

 Perhaps rebuilding the military (in keeping with his stated objectives) is a higher priority than the price of oil.  Why piss off the enlisted men and women when a manpower shortage is one of the stumbling blocks to rebuilding the military.  As of 2006, about 1,500 visa requests had been made by U.S. military personnel for Iraqi spouses and fiancées.  Maybe Trump has a heart.

The state of Hawaii filed a lawsuit against US President Donald trump to overturn a new ban on the entry of nationals of the six countries in America. This is the first state that was going to sue over new migration decree.
The essence of the lawsuit, which was filed by the state in a Federal court in Hawaii that this ban could hurt the entire Muslim population of the state. Besides, it will decrease the number of tourists and students from abroad.
"Hawaii is a very special state, because throughout its history, it was designed to avoid discrimination", - commented on the lawsuit the attorney General Doug Chin.
"Twenty percent of our population were born overseas, with 100 thousand of our inhabitants do not have citizenship of the United States, 20% of the workforce are people from other countries," said Chin.
This claim will be discussed on 15 March, the day before the new decree trump will enter into force.

Not sure about that. Liberals are very good in finding silly excuses. Even if the proposition is nicely written and compatible with the constitution, they will find a way to block it. The suspension may get overturned in the higher courts, but in due process valuable time will be lost.

You are ill-informed about the American legal system. A few states can't block an ordinance. Doing so requires a majority in the house or in the senate (which the Democrats doesn't have). Else, the ordinance can be suspended by the courts, but that is not going to happen this time.
