I believe until you explain/modify few things, people will not show interest for your service requirement.

- You need to mention about the legality of where you are going to do phone verification. For real number people must need this.
- Using skype would be a another concern for many people as there were incidents of hacking through skype.
- Bitcoin payment option, people love to get paid in btc as it is non reversible unlike paypal.
- Escrow for bulk orders like you mentioned about 5 numbers.
