Of these boards, which ones will allow the use of 4 7950 cards, be the most reliable, and require the lest messing with/tweeking to get going ie no presence pin short etc.? I plan to use a powered riser for one card, but not unless I have to.

1) ASROCK 970 Extreme 4
2)GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 or UD5 or UD7 AM3+
3) MSI 990FXA-GD80V2
4)ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0

- Or any others that may be better. Thanks.

GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 rev. 3.0

I've got that board running with 3x7950 and 1x7850. No tweaking, no pin shorting.
I'm using two 16x--> x1 non-powered risers. one in x1 slot and one in x16 slot.

Love it Smiley
