Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose?

As many of the others here have said, a little bit of both!  First, it's paying for this hash machine. Second, it's contributing to my new MAN CAVE

There will hardly any person living in this earth who will be taking this bitcoin for the sake of fun. There is no point of treating bitcoin as something funny or anything like that. It is in fact the thing which need to be taken very much seriously so that you can get the maximum benefit out of it. You definitely need to keep bitcoin for your future purpose instead of just as fun.

Well, the real reason I keep my bitcoins so that I have a secured future. You can never be too sure about money when you plan to retire at the ripe age of 60. Might as well invest some money coming from bitcoins so that I have money for retirement.

But I will want to use bitcoin for fun too but less money. All of us here indeed are saving bitcoin for future. Bitcoin for me is still young and has a lot of potential. Without a doubt it will sore high in the upcoming years. Everyone of us should have at least 1bitcoin on HODL for long term. Maybe 5 - 10 years.

You know, it's going to sound weird but I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in saying this, but....I don't really know?

I initially bought it thinking it's the future of money and a good investment that I could make money off. I ride the dips like a pro now though, I hold...when any investment drops as much as BTC has I'd have sold due to a Stop Loss, but not with BTC. I don't want to sell it...so I don't really know what it is anymore. I feel like I might stick with it too long, but I've no desire to leave...I'm enjoying the ride.

both, I use my bitcoin to have fun with how to use it to travel to some beautiful places, but I also save it for my future even more as my savings for old age.

I think you are going with a fantastic strategy. It is often said to have balance in your life for better running of your living. So not keeping everything on saving so that your future life will be good. What for now? If there is no fun today how can you think there will be a joyful life after many years for which you are running your current life. So keep everything in balance.

Well that's a good idea.After long hours of hardwork,you should also have to unwind.I realized that i am starting to earn today because i made hardworks for it.So i would not waste my bitcoin to some ordinary stuffs,i only reserved it for our future purposes.But sometimes,i also organized a family outing so i can also spend my time to my beloved family.

For me, I'm saving bitcoin to have an extra income, for financial matters and yes to also save for future purposes. And I'm having fun doing things to earn bitcoins. I mean, it gives me joy while doing it, even if I'm the only one in the house who understand what I'm doing.

It is good to save and you will be happy for the bitcoin in the coming days, the value of the things we buy for daily needs are increasing so hold your bitcoin and wait till the price will be high. Both can be happen with the bitcoin but I think money is the serious thing so don’t waste it for the fun just is serious and make the profit from your bitcoin.

I agree, bitcoin is a serious investment. Thanks to bitcoin, you can become a rich man. That's why I do not spend my coins on things that you can buy for Fiat. Bitcoin I use only for investment

I do the same. I've been serious with my investment in Bitcoin and prevent myself as much as possible from spending it. I intend my Bitcoin investment to be long term so I've been hodling it for quite some time already. I don't see it as something "for fun" because continuously earning and restraining from spending is quite hard. I've been tempted several times to cash out especially when the price is high but I would always remind myself that this investment would be worth it especially in the long run.

I would say both. It's really entertaining for me to see how small amount of money I have invested turns into something big which will help me in my future life. I hope that I will be able to buy a car or even a house in another country. I don't want to stay in my small country because I'm afraid it may ban Bitcoin someday.

I am a newbie here and currently not earning bitcoins yet. But if the time has come that I can already earn bitcoin, I will save it for future purposes and I will first let it accumulate because I believe that as years go by, the price of bitcoin will increase which will be more useful to me just in case that I have a lot to spend in my future. As of now, I am spending my own savings to buy my everyday needs.
