Auction ends on April 22, 05:00 GMT.

Minimum bid: 1 BTC
Minimum increment: 0.01 BTC

Buy now and get the dividends on Wednesday!  They'll be decently sized due to the mining device auction Smiley

Could you provide some proof you own the shares? Looking at you on OTC-WOT looks like I can trust you however!  If for whatever reason friedcat is unable to transfer the shares before dividends are paid, are you willing to forward the dividends?

If all things are in order.... related to these questions...

If I want to purchase say 5 @ 1 BTC each. How would I go about having them transferred to my btct.co account as ASICMINER-PT? (Would that even work? Long process?)

Yes.  (sorry for splitting response into multiple posts, a bit tired right now and not thinking clearly)

Looks like I can confirm now you hold 3597 shares, more then enough to be able to sell 400.

My bid at 50 @ 1 stands!  Now lets just hope I can update my bid this time if someone snipes me Tongue

Hold long do we have to pay after the auction ends? If there's 24 hours (give or take), I can move some assets around and increase the number I'm bidding for.

Making Apps and Websites for people. I charge reasonable rates ($30-40/hour in BTC).

Perhaps a stupid question, but how did you verify that 1MDypxCYTtaCp56Lqfc7BxuDFNsRFK9h5E owns 3597 shares?  I could not find a public list of share ownership.

I assume these are actual shares and not pass-through, correct?

What's the time frame on making payment after the auction ends?

ineededausername, you probably missed my question: "I assume these are actual shares and not pass-through, correct?"

Thank you for the answer.  I searched around and could not find any information about the origin of that transaction, or what it means.  It's much too low to be a dividend payment.  Was it a transaction sent by friedcat to verify how many shares each of those addresses held on the 17th?
