it's not a scam accusation, just need your advice and also the amount is not really important.

So this is what happened:

have deposited Exactly 0.0002btc in this exchange (c-cex.com) with a view to exchanging them for Doge coin, the buy price was
1 doge= 0.00000017btc

0.0002/0.00000017= 1176.47058823 doge
now the fee are 0.2% = 2.35294118 doge
total amount to buy normally should be 1174,11764705 doge like shown in the following image

If you look carefully at the picture you will notice that I have received only 1140,64414 doge a difference of  33.47350705 doge

That just could be a bug in the algorithm or a float value problem.
First thing first,did you talk to their support about it ? Lock the thread if you haven't done that already.Also,tell them about this bug,maybe you will be rewarded.It's totally a different case if the algorithm is written to steal coins like that..

yes i think so i'll do it since i verified some people buy and found that i'm not the only one.
