I have a Primary Password + Goggle Authenticator in mu blockchain.
I been using it until yesterday with no problem, from my iphone app and from the web.

But right now I´m trying to type both Pass and GA and it keeps saying that I can´t log in. Besides for the first time my app won´t show my adresses but will show my ballance...

THIS IS SO STRANGE AND SCARY.
I have only one additional chance to put the password right... what happens if I use all my attempts?

How could this happen? What can I do?

A friend of mine said... look if your cellphone time is wrong, and it was... (he once had a similar problem and solved it adjusting the real time)... but it seems to help in no way...

I´m using a clean new PC with Windows 8.

PLEASE HELP

1. Calm down and walk away from PC
2. Come back and check if capslock is on
3. Type your password in a notepad and cross check
4. Give some time for 2 factor to sync up with blockchain (it keeps sending multiple at times, and you may be using old one)

5. After some time, clean you cache, and try again - remember to type each key one at a time, and do not rush - (check again that capslock is not on before you do this)

I already did it exactly as you suggested...
Cry

Calmed down, checked Caps, tiped letters one by one and always wait until the new OTP pass...

what happens If I ran out of attempts?

Try checking your balance and transferring using the API.

I had a messed up wallet on Blockchain and was able to withdraw all funds using the API.

Failed Login Attempts
If you have two factor authentication enabled on your account after 4 failed login attempts your account will be locked for 2 hours at which point no more login attempts can be made. You will be sent an email if your account is locked giving you time to take precautions if necessary.

https://blockchain.info/wallet/security

Don't worry too much. Try again later if it is locked for 2 hours.

They can also reset your 2 factor authentication by submitting a request but it takes atleast 1 week as it has been 8 days for me with no response.

I had a messed up wallet on Blockchain and was able to withdraw all funds using the API.

But the App uses the API I guess. And the app can´t se my wallet addresses. What do you think about this?

Did you take any backups of your blockchain.info wallet?

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

add your wallet details in the spaces provided and execute it as a normal URL.

Example:
https://blockchain.info/merchant/abcde-fghij-klmno-pqrst/balance?password=thisisadummypassword

"Two factor authentication currently not available in merchant API"

That's what it said to me.

So my two factor is currently screwed up (I've submitted a request to get it fixed over 8 days ago, still nothing), is there anything I can do?

Tried to contact Piuk directly? Send him a PM! He might find a way to help you.

Take this time that you're locked out of your account to read carefully all the information on blockchain. Did you write down your seed? Do you have backups of your wallet?

It's painfully obvious that you haven't read the website thoroughly before coming here or before contacting them. I would imagine that a user that doesn't take the time to read the website would probably be pretty low down on a support persons priority list.

Just go back and read the website. There are a lot of things that can be done to still get your bitcoin, provided your followed carefully the instructions from when you setup your wallet.

more or less retired.
