First are you sure that you are logged-in in the correct email that is used for your blockchain.info account?
Second have you checked your spam messages if the confirmation email was sent there
Third try to check the spelling of your email address in blockchain.info if there's any missing letters or number, it might be being sent to a wrong email address

Are you using openmailbox.org? Sometimes that email provider does not recieve emails for a few hours. What I did was user my seed words and reset my whole wallet complete with a new email.

Is there a way to disable email confirmation from blockchain.info?

What confirmation ? 2FA or general sign up ?
Have you checked in your spam/trash folders ? What are you expecting to receive in your email ? The unique wallet identifier ? You should probably check for Ip blocks if it persists or in the worst case scenario could be a Man-in-the-middle attack.

This is also happened to me this past week though I don't have any balance there. And all I did is just recover my wallet and change my email address using the 12 passphrases since I cannot receive any email from them and.cannot open my wallet of course. Then after I changed the email after several hours I received emails from blockchain to my old email add. So it seems there's something wrong with their email providers which there's delay of sending/receiving the email. And I used gmail.

Best email provider that works pretty well with blockchain.info wallet is gmail, i am using gmail in blockchain wallet and never experienced any delay of more than 3-4 minutes. Also look at the address bar, you may be entering your details in phishing sites.

I agree on this since im using gmail.com as my email provider and i didnt experience such problem ever since there might be delays but only on 5 mins before the confirmation email arrives on my email. For OP he might forgot the exact email address on which that blockchain account had.
