His evil plan is pretty obvious and surely there's no fool people will believe on this since many people here are educated on this kind of scheme, And mods cannot control this kind of situation its because people can create new accounts by using different ip's or by VPN thats why we can see people abuses it and uses a newbie account to post some fud and attempt to scam people outhere.
